Notes & Combos
First time in Master 5, and with my first combo deck too. I picked this up a few weeks ago and learned the one card combos, which seems to be enough to carry most of my Going First games. Going Second games are a lot different, and rely on handtrapping as effectively as possible (e.g. baiting out a Called By before using Maxx C), but they're almost always an uphill battle. Hopefully the tips here can help new Yubel players before the eventual nerf (probably after Duelist Cup).
For the one card combos I used, I mainly stuck with having Desirae in my endboard as much as possible. A lot of my opponents in Diamond were using Evenly Matched and other annoying boardbreakers, so I appreciated being able to consistently make Desirae in all four of my 1 card combos.

Making charts or visualizing the similarities in the combo lines will also help you greatly, since a lot of the deck relies on GY revival effects to help you link climb. That way, when you start with extra bodies on the field like with Throne + Gates, you can start substituting those GY effects with your free bodies, and hopefully make use of your freed up GY effects to make more plays like Varudras (2 Lvl 10s on the field).
One of my biggest tips for playing this deck is to try and make your Phantom of Yubel as early as possible. Handtraps are everywhere, and having one pseudo-Called By ready at any given time will greatly increase your chances of finishing your endboard, or at least a good part of it.
Will add more tips and replays eventually. Good luck with your duels!
