Notes & Combos

BLUE EYES!

Some considerations on the differences compared to a classic list:

  • 2x drillbeams: are very spicy, they allow you to make some tricky plays. If you already have it in your hand and you start with Beryl you eat the enemy Ash, or it allows you to have an omninegate on T2.

  • ghostbelle: great vs CBTG if you start second and have others HTs (18 btw xD). Great against bystials who try to ban maiden, slows down FS, negates roar, link 1 summon, ultimate reborn. No one can really play around it, unlike ogres.

  • Vermillion is good in mirrors.

  • Bingo Machine, GOOOO!!: yes, our beloved bingo machine is a starter, especially in a version with so many HTs and without CBTG, as well it gives you other targets for wishes, especially when you already used roar and majesty and you have to take 1 tuner

  • SIFR all the way vs. Blazar: As much as I like the Synchro King, Sifr it's a lot more synergistic in this deck, as it allows you not to get destroyed by boardbreakers and allows you to keep Ultimate alive forever, which is incredible.

  • No Bystial Magnamhut: I know, it's very strong and allows you to access Beryl directly from the normal summon, but I didn't find it so incisive in interrupting the opponent and above all I happened to use it in a "strange" way or not be able to use it at all after Purge lock, but it's personal, you can play it.
