Notes & Combos
40-card Salamangreat is the best. I removed all the cards that could only be used in specific situations such as Talents or Evenly Matched.
I played 2 Cosmic Cyclone from D5 to M1, it is suitable for this meta.Cosmic Cyclone can counter most of the Tier decks, no matter you are going first or second.
Compared to Rage, Charge is a better choice. Charge has a simular effect to Rage but can protect your board from Superpoly and Lava Golem when you go first, and sometimes works in second-going matchs.

great work! how do you feel about rated duels this season? I've viewed your replays and I've learned so much from you, thank you so much! I particularly like the play where you go 2nd and make SP first followed by milling salad of fire with gazelle and get it back for another search with promethean! you're such a great salad player and can really nail so many details that I failed to notice!

Last month I reached 1602 in ~230 matches with a win rate of 53.5%. It was hard for me because I droped from 1580 to 1490 once time and climbed back to 1602. But Sept is even worse beacuse Tearlaments is more than Aug although I just used 2 days from D5 to M5, 4 days from M5 to M1. Salad behaves badly when I meet Tears, which are more common in rated duels than M5 - M1.

-1 Droll and +1 Ghost Belle is reasonable. I am also considering a different decklists not playing Code of soul and PyroP. Both of them are useless in the match against Tearlaments. Ash of Blossom which is good in countering Tears and Brand can be search by Horse Prince instead of Code of Soul. These two decks are much more common in high rates

i can't agree more on the fact that salad is very weak against tear, esp. when they set up the GY shufflers. pyro is indeed useless against tear but there seem to be little extra deck choice to significantly out-weight this card save zealantis. although I think code of soul is a fine card to include even if not running pyro because it is itself a decent extender and can boost turn 1 resources via wolf more easily so running it can't really hurt. the real bad thing is that its effect to link summon has virtually no good targets (ideally it should cause some disruption for the opponent while being not too reliant on your board such as materials and the field spell), this has been a major dilemma I find in optimizing my salad deck.
and speaking of game nickname, I wonder how have you got yourself yours? I am from China so I can understand the literal sense of your nickname but I'm just curious.

belle is only good on paper, I think a big reason that this card sees very limited usage by stronger players is that it could more easily be dodged by chain-blocking, so against tear it would only work when only one effect triggers, which is not common in standard tear decks. crow might also be a viable option to consider, but I doubt its effectiveness. i guess some power cards might also work.
