Notes & Combos

Back at it again with this deck. The past few months after its release haven't been super pleasant, but we made it. Some notes about the deck:

We’ve got Aerial Eater and Necroquip now, effectively Beatrice 2.0 and Ms. 2Bodies = Fiendsmith. I don't run Varudras. TL;DR: the only card I'd consider replacing for Varudras is Apo, and I like Apo better.

The main problem with the deck is that if you hate Maxx "C," you'll theoretically lose to it more often, since at 45 cards you're less likely to draw Ash or Called by. Personally, it isn't too big of a problem since I run Droll, but it is what it is.

There are cards I could cut to make the deck 40 cards, but we already run so many bricks that I'd rather not. Keeping it at 45 minimizes the chance of drawing into them (you still will though, every hand feels like a 4-card hand with how often you draw a brick).

Upside: Since we’re so reliant on the normal summon, the Kash package really helps, not only by adding disruption, but by giving easy access to Fiendsmith combos, especially now that Necroquip is out. Also, I've baited so many Ashes, Imperms, and Veilers using the Kash package. Actually goated. (FYI tho, I hate Unicorn, they need to ban it ASAP)

Replays

This is the only replay I was EXTREMELY proud of. All the other replays I have of this deck are from previous iterations of the deck, and most of them are very standard. Go first? I win. Go second? I lose. Another reason why I like this replay is that it showcases why Kash is so good in the deck.
