Notes & Combos
Lunalight had to take a backseat for this one because it was all about White Forest Azamina in Master!
So I never personally subscribed to the FS build with Beatrice because it basically had an expiration date as she was never going to remain in the game. It is very much the best build for consistency with the Millennium cards for WF BUT if you've ever seen my profile, I really don't play the best decks anyways or the best versions of said decks that I do play.
In terms of my approach, I valued handtraps way too much over board breakers (my only real "breaker" if you even wanna call it that was Talents) and it felt good, never demoted once, had solid win streaks even going second. Talents did come up in situations and really saved me but I think I would probably just either swap it for Thrust or more handtraps.
I can understand the hesitation of running Reframing/Amritara but I'm not gonna lie, even in low to the ground boards, if I hard drew Reframing or got it from Amritara, it did me more good than bad. I would still not recommend it as Toy Box is already not a consistent build for the deck but it's an option (a cheesy option, but an option nonetheless). Tenpai players couldn't play past 3-4 omni negates most of the time.
As for like full board:
- Baronne
- Ilia Silvia
- Borreload Savage
- 2 Mat Apollousa
- Mannadium Reframing
- Sinful Spoils - Morrian and any HTs
I've had people Super Poly me, Lava Golem me, Sphere Mode me (why are people running this?) and still lose because I had way too much to get past. I'm looking forward to the remaining FS cards and the WF cards from Alliance Insight to get into MD. They're so much fun if you haven't tried them yourself.
**TL;DR: White Forest fun/good deck, some tech here can 100% be swapped out, HTs > Breakers IMO (but do try both if you struggle going second with the deck) **
