Notes & Combos
(shoutout to the True Draco channel on Discord for the list and the help! if you need help, just ping in the channel!)
This is a pretty cheap list that with enough patience can bring you up to DC lv20 and Master thanks to the power of... floodgates, yes, we're not making any miracles here.
Some notes I can give while I did my D20 climb:
If you see a draw spell, use it (maybe even go so far as to lure an Ash before using said draw spell)
Dinomight is your best friend. You WILL love him and learn the Apocalypse lines. Heritage is also a close second, always remember to set your True Draco spells/traps if you want to pop them with Diagram if you want to use Heritage's draw power (also remember to flip them up if you want to pop them with Apocalypse, Apocalypse doesn't pop face-down True Draco cards)
Strike > Judgment or any other Solemn card, you will love the flexibility it gives you, especially protecting your floodgates from being negated by monster effects, and it denies them from anywhere.
Don't make the mistake of flipping your Trap cards as soon as possible, with the exception of Powersink Stone and Grave of the Super Ancient Organism (Grave needs to be flipped pre-emptively, since it doesn't negate effects, only forbids activations; while Lose 1 Turn, Skill Drain and Monarchs Erupt can also be flipped as negates - beware that Lose 1 Turn will negate an effect but not switch the Summoned monster if you do use it as a negate, though) Also remember to flip Apophis last if you have it on a Chain, for the maximum amount of Traps flipped up on the field.
Ironically speaking, Master Peace is not the most important piece in the Deck; it ends certain games by itself, but it's really fragile (especially without Diagram or when you make it Spell-immune) and resource-consuming. Do not make it blind, grab it as a Turn 3 plan if you can, after you saw the Deck you're battling against; the other True Draco cards are more than enough to last you (especially alongside the floodgates).
Other than that, good luck in learning the various intricacies of the matchups (and don't worry, you will lose plenty of times just by going second, fighting against Tenpai/boardbreakers or opening some brick hands with no way to access a monster or too many True Draco names)
