So it could be, that on ranked ladder we won't see a tier 0?

Well, in higher ranks there is less variety, is either Tear or Anti-Tear.

The deck isn't unbeatable, but it is indeed the hardest to beat. So hard that you will actually need to main a counter like d.d. crow in ladder. However, cheesing up wins because they didn't mill tears or just taking some by going first do help non-tear players

I went into a mirror match in which my opponent used Agido to mill (he was low on resources, he needed to risk imo), and neither of us hit another miller or tear monster lol.

(in other words, yes, it will have a high presence, but it won't have a 100% winrate even against decks that are not tear or anti-tear)
